First day of pandemic leave/social distancing due to Covid-19 and I decide to pick up a book about the periodic table！ Just a normal day hey！？ Haha。 Firstly， wishing everyone impacted by this unforeseen virus a speedy recovery。 Stay safe and positive everyone！！ Secondly， I am going to use this time to get back into reading as I feel like I have dropped off for a few days now。 This book was actually epic！！ It deserved nothing less than 5 stars。 This gem was actually so interesting， informative， e First day of pandemic leave/social distancing due to Covid-19 and I decide to pick up a book about the periodic table！ Just a normal day hey！？ Haha。 Firstly， wishing everyone impacted by this unforeseen virus a speedy recovery。 Stay safe and positive everyone！！ Secondly， I am going to use this time to get back into reading as I feel like I have dropped off for a few days now。 This book was actually epic！！ It deserved nothing less than 5 stars。 This gem was actually so interesting， informative， educational and just so gosh darn cute！！ The elements were in cartoon form which was so adorable！ The fun facts were super interesting and I learnt so much as a full fledged adult which is very much appreciated！ I have the urge to pass this one on to my nieces and add all the books in this series to my to read list。 Amazing！ Can't fault it 😁Here are just of the few fun facts that I learnt today！1） Phosphorus: Hennig Brand was an alchemist that tried to make gold from his pee but instead discovered a brand new element！ Phosphorus in combination with nitrogen compound are used in plant fertiliser。。。2） Antimony: Back in the 19th century people ate mildly poisonous pills （on purpose！） made of antimony to clean out their digestive systems。。。oh dear！3） Selenium: Brazil nuts contain more selenium than any other food。 Eating too much selenium causes hair loss， yet a compound of selenium and sulfur is actually used in shampoo。。。urgh what？ HahaSo so good！ Loved it！！ 😄 。。。more

Absolute genius。 Fun， colourful， accessible， gorgeous visuals， fascinating。 Love it to bits and pieces。 Although the lift-the-flap concept may seem very early childhood， the content is absolutely for older children。 Love that this book takes a risk in that regard because WHO doesn’t like to lift a flap to see what’s hiding。 I had a ball and I’m certainly not a kid。
